To all the Staff on Amethyst Ward, Dr L Dijoux, the District Nurses especially Laura and staff at Broadburns Medical Centre, Helen from the Hospital Discharge Centre and Tracey at Haven. All the lovely carers from HICA, Vicki at Macmillan and Marie Curie Team, Reverend Terry Atkinson for a very special service, Pat Woolliss for her thoughtful and moving words. To McMenemys for their hospitality and finally Mike Bryant and staff at Kettle Funeral Directors for their excellent care and arrangements beyond expectation. Carol has been overwhelmed by all the kindness and consideration everyone has shown.
