The Boy is out of pain but the pain has now been transferred to the hearts of all those that loved him. If I gave The Boy the best eulogy ever written it would still fall short of actually summing up how great he really was.
Life is damn cruel, brutally cruel and his passing really raises questions about faith. It’s so unfair, so surreal and devastating to the core. To know him was to love him. To love him was an honour. When I think of the Docks I immediately think of The Boy. When I think of The Boy I immediately think of The Docks. They went together like salt and vinegar. This is a truly massive loss to society and will take some time to rationalise. He can sleep tight in the knowledge that he will live on in many people and has left an indelible mark on everyone that were luck enough to call him a friend.
Get ready for a turn out like no other for the celebration of his life. One of the Docks finest people ever will be remembered into future generations.
