Noreen AudreySCHMIDIt is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Audrey Noreen Schmid Nee Newsham. Audrey passed away peacefully in her sleep on 28th March 2026. Beloved wife to the late Alfred, cherished mother of Angela, Janette and Richard, treasured mother in law to Kim, Dave and John, loving grandmother to Adam, Ben and Gemma and great grandmother to Riley and Olly.
Fondly remembered and dearly missed by family, friends and all that knew her.
A service will be held on Friday 1st May 2026 at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel, at 15:30. Following the service you are warmly welcome to raise a glass and to share fond memories of Audrey at The Farmhouse, Mackworth Hotel in The Den Room.
