JeanSCHOFIELDPeacefully on Tuesday 10th December at Beech Dene Residential Home Leek, Jean aged 92 years formerly of Heversham. Beloved wife of the late Eric Schofield, dearly loved mum of Janet, Ian and Chris, dear mother-in-law of Colin, Jane and Nadine, a treasured grandma and great-grandma.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 8th January at Carmountside Crematorium at 1.00pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations may be sent to The Alzheimer's Society.
