Peacefully in his sleep in Rosewood Villa on Sunday 7th January 2024 aged 100 years (after receiving his telegram from The King).
Beloved husband of the late Peggy.
Much loved dad of Alan and Elaine.
Loving father in law of Cath and Mike.
Treasured grandad of Ben, Sam, Jill, Katie and Vicki.
Loved great grandad of Sophie, Niamh, Lucy, Dylan, Harrison, Jak, Taylor, Lewis, Leven, Aaron, Piper, Luca and the Late Georgie.
Also a dear brother of Gwen.
Would all please meet for funeral service at West Road Crematorium on Friday 26th January at 10.15am.
Family flowers only please but donations gratefully received on behalf of The Macular Society a collection box will be available following the service.
The family have requested that black clothing is optional.
All welcome afterwards to The Swan, Heddon on the Wall.
