RobertSCOTT(Gosforth, late of Medburn Avenue, Cullercoats) Peacefully on 25th January, aged an amazing 101 years. Beloved husband to the late Delia and much-loved father to Malcolm and David, Daughters in law Elizabeth, Kate and the late Ann. Grandfather to Iona, Callum, Hector, Laurence, Fergus, Hermione and Charlie. Great Grandfather to Oscar, Elliot and Amy. Brothers Leslie, Clarence and Walter predeceased Dad but he preserved their memory by his love and time with their families his entire life. Totally independent, engaged and fully enjoying life until his peaceful passing in the love of his whole family - Nieces, Nephews and their cherished children and grandchildren. A quiet gentleman who gave time to others and a loyal friend and 'Uncle' to many. Adventurous, with trips to Europe - until aged 96 - and always visiting family. A proud Geordie and Magpies fan. Family only cremation, followed by Celebration of Life service on 24th February at 1.45pm at Dad's church - Gosforth Parish Church of St Nicholas, Church Road, Gosforth, NE3 1BJ. Family indebted to the wonderful teams at The Freeman, RVI and Marie Curie Hospice for their dedicated care. Donations in lieu of flowers please to Marie Curie.
