Private family cremation on 10th December followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Christ Church (United Reformed), Epsom Road, Leatherhead, KT22 8ST at 3.30pm for all who knew him. Family flowers only. Donations to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity via Hawkins Funeral Directors, Leatherhead.
