Beloved husband of Phyllis, loving father of Lesley and the late Philip, adored grandfather, great grandfather and father-in-law.
Jack will be greatly missed.
Service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 2pm on Wednesday 29th November.
Followed by refreshments and a Celebration of Jack's wonderful life at the Old Post House, St. Fagans.
