Frederick ThomasSECOMBEPeacefully at home on Dec 8. aged 97 years; beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Fred was a remarkable parish priest and pre-bendary of St Paul's Cathedral, London. Founder member of several Gilbert & Sullivan operatic societies and author of 11 humorous novels. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have him touch their lives. Resting at James Summers and Son, Roath Court Funeral Home, Newport Rd, Cardiff until his funeral service at St Margaret's Parish Church, Roath on Friday Dec 30 at 2.30pm followed by Cremation at the Wenallt Chapel Thornhill Crematorium at 4.15pm, Family flowers only.
