BrianSENIORJuly 27th 2023 Peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital, Brian, aged 75 years, of Almondbury. Dearly loved dad of Caroline, Angela and Robert, dear father-in-law of Linda, devoted and dearly loved grandad of Rhyanne, Kieran, Tracy, Sarah, Rachel, Helen and Tyler, much loved great grandad of Thomas, Noah, Caelum, River, Autumn, Lilly, Jamie, Ivy, Joseph and Bella. Also a loved brother, uncle and respected friend of many especially of Pat. Service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday August 21st at 11.15am. Family flowers only please donations if desired would be appreciated for the British Heart Foundation. A plate will be available at the crematorium. My sincere Condolences to Brian's children and grandchildren. I am sure that Brian's passing is a great loss to them! I had been hoping to be able to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, but my commitments at home have stopped me from making the journey to Huddersfield. It would have been a great opportunity to meet up with many ex-employees of BT where I worked for 25 happy years until my retirement! My thoughts will be with you on Monday!

Hans SchimmeI, I was shocked to hear of Brian's passing. We worked together at Brook Taverner & Co Ltd for many years, he was very conscientious and most reliable. When we finished work at 12.00 noon on most Saturdays we would visit Primrose Hill Cricket Club to quench our thirst. I will try my best to get the Funeral Service. But I have been full time carer for my wife Diane since 2015 and it's not always easy to leave her for a few hours.
