John MichaelSEVERNPassed away peacefully at Heron Court Care Home on 2nd September, aged 91 years.
He leaves behind a devoted Wife Monica and a loving Son Mike. John will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Monday 23rd September at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, however if desired, donations to Diabetes UK may be sent directly or given at the service in memory of John.
