Sharon LorettaSEWELLWe are sad to announce the passing of our bright and beautiful Sharon Loretta Sewell on Friday 15th March 2024, aged 53 years.
Sharon's funeral service will be held at Derby Cathedral, Iron Gate, Derby on Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 12 noon, followed by her interment at Nottingham Road Cemetery, Chaddesden.
You are invited to wear a flash of royal blue, burnt orange or any other bright colour.
Flowers or donations are welcome.
Donations if desired, as per Sharon's wishes, are invited for The Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust www.tadct.org/in-memory and Derby West Indian Community Association. These may be given at the service.

Very saddened by this news which I have only just seen. Sharon was a great and enthusiastic friend of Derby's voluntary sector. We are the greater for what she achieved and the less for her untimely death.

Words can't express the heartbreak of losing you so soon. You touched many lives and your legacy will live on in so many ways but for me I will always remember your support in hard times, your laughter in good times and your kindness and love always. Tony and Tate my condolences! Sharon always greeted me with that beautiful smile and treated me no less than like her little brother. I will always cherish the time we spent in Brighton and when Susan and I would come up to Derby. Ziggy just know my sister loves you like a son and you can ALWAYS count on her. We love you both.
