Dear Nan,

You were always there for me as a child, growing up and to this day. You were my mother, a shoulder to cry on, a friend to laugh with. With all my heart the kids and me miss you. Your with us every night. I wasnt told you had passed and Im sorry that I wasnt there to say goodbye. We have our own memorial for you in the garden, your favorite tree, this is your funeral with us since we werent told when yours was.

Always in hearts nan, never forgotten and always loved.
