RaymondSHAWDied at Derriford Hospital on Thursday 25 August 2022 aged 92 years. Ray died peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by members of his family. Thanks to all the staff at Derriford for their care and support. Ray will be sadly missed by his wife, Margaret, his children Isobel, Philippa & Robert and his grandchildren & great grandchildren. The funeral service is at Weston Mill Crematorium on Monday 19 September at 2.45 pm. Family flowers only. Donations to Devon Air Ambulance. In loving memory of a wonderful Grandad - who gave a small boy fantastic adventures, from narrow boats and canal locks, to jazz recitals and electric organs; and gave a grown man a sense of awe and respect at his quiet tales of a life well spent, of fixing jelly babies and sending things to the moon.
