Auntie Glenis will be remembered by our family as a world traveller, lover of nature, particularly birds, a great friend to a privileged few, a devoted ice cream enthusiast and a woman of few carefully chosen words. She was generous and down to earth and will be much missed by our family. Rest in peace Auntie Glen. With love, her adopted nieces and nephews,
Kate, Janet, Peter, Martin,

A very independent lady, when she fell and broke her hip, she gave us instructions to tell the ambulance crew, she needed the surgeon to operate quick as she was going on a cruise in 6 weeks, they did and she went on her cruise. It was a privilege to know Glenis.

You were a lovely neighbour Glenis. I always loved chatting to you about your travels around the world and where you would be going next. An amazing, independent and inspirational lady. I thought of you often after I moved away. Lots of love Clare XXX

What a lovely neighbour with so many wonderful tales to tell of her adventures around the world. I will fondly remember those chats with you Glenis and how fiercely independent you were.
Rest in Peace
