Very sad news. A kind hearted and sensitive man, spiked with brilliance and great intelligence who had time for everyone. Those Brown Shoes......God has acquired another angel.

For many years, Peter was President of Plymouth Consumer Group. He gave his unstinting consumer advice and support to many of our members and was also a supporter and trustee of Which. He was a true consumer champion with a gentle manner and always a twinkle in his eye. You will be sadly missed Peter.

I worked with Peter at Plymouth Polytechnic, he was a ‘nice bloke’ who was very clever and good at his job. Always liked to watch him on tv with his consumer advice. Thinking of his family at this sad time.

Pete was a lovely man. I worked with him at Plymouth Uni for 20 years and will always remember his kindness, friendship and humour, and be grateful to have known him.
