RuthSHELTONMrs Ruth Shelton died peacefully at Asquith Hall Nursing Home, Todmorden on Saturday, November 14, aged 95. She was a well known resident of Stacksteads and owner of Webbs Cafe & Confectioners. Wife of the late Arthur Shelton, she leaves many nieces and nephews, a stepdaughter, and many good friends and neighbours. Ruth was a lifelong member of Acre Mill Baptist Church and the Forresters Organisation. A short service will be held at Fred Hamer Funeral Service Chapel of Rest, followed by a service of remembrance at Burnley Crematorium led by David Clegg on Wednesday, December 9.
