I have known Brian since university days, he went to Brierley Street School it was called a secondary modern school but every child who went there knew it was really a university and received a good education. In 1979 I moved from the railway works to Rolls Royce and Brian was charge hand on 153 department later went on to become a zone manager. He was one of the best, completely honest and fair and a decent person to all the people that worked for him.Very well respected.
