(Also Warwick) JaySHEPPARDSHEPPARD (also known as Warwick) Jay Was tragically taken from us on Saturday 31st December 2011 aged 22 years. A very much loved son, brother, uncle and a loving daddy of Ryley James. Spread your wings and fly Jay our beautiful angel. A funeral service for Jay will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Wednesday 18th January at 3.50pm.
