Bill was always so kind and welcoming to me in London and subsequently in Sydney. He had a zest and curiosity for life and enjoyed the good things it brought without losing his touchstones.

Bill was interested in others, generous, intrepid and seldom without a twinkle in his eyes. I’m so glad to have got to know him. Rest in peace Bill.
Love and strength to Marina.

Dear Bill. We will never forget you.
We first met you when we bought a house that you and Zaro renovated. The happiest time of our lives was spent there.
We especially enjoyed hearing your views on the world and how you would deal with them. You were the most fashionable man in Sydney.
Our deepest sympathy and much love to Marina. Ken and Christine.
