Doreen MavisSHUTERPeacefully after a short illness Doreen passed away on Sunday 28th April 2024 whilst in the dedicated care of Holmefarm Residential Home in Elsham, aged 95 years. Doreen was a much-loved of Wife of the late Terence (Terry), a devoted Mum of Yvonne and beloved Mother-in-Law of Peter Doreen was also a loving Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, a cherished Sister-in-law of Eileen and Len, a treasured Aunt, and a very dear Friend to many. Doreen will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate Doreen's life will take place on Monday 20th May 2024 at 2:15pm at the Grimsby Crematorium. The family have asked if mourners may wear a splash of purple in Doreen's memory, as this was her favourite colour.
Family flowers only but if so, desired donations may be made in lieu of St Andrew's Hospice in Doreen's memory or can be given on the day of the service. All enquiries to:
