Philip DennisSILVESTERPassed away peacefully on 16th February 2021 at Torbay Hospital aged 89 years. He will be dearly missed by his devoted wife Olly and loving nephew Peter and wife Tracey. Prior to retirement, Phil worked for Devon police and was an active member of the police choir. He will be sadly missed by all his friends and colleagues.
