LukeSIMMONS(Kenton). Passed away in hospital on the 6th October 2017, aged 20 years. Much loved son of Colin and Jacci. Family and friends please meet for service at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Wednesday 18th October 2017 at 12 noon. No flowers by family's request. Donations in lieu if desired to Childhood A.L.L, a collection box will be provided at the service. Everyone is welcome back to the Northern Rugby/ Football Club, McCracken Park, Great North Road, Gosforth, NE3 2DT for refreshments after the service from 1.30pm.
