Dr. RobertSIMPSON-WHITEof English Bicknor, Gloucestershire. Retired GP of Plymouth, passed away at home on 1st June aged 101 years. A steady and knowledgeable man who dedicated his working life to serving others, whilst also creating homes and gardens to which we always returned. Adored by all his family and a guiding light in our lives. Beloved husband of Jill, loving father of Victoria, Lisa, Charlotte, the late Annabelle and Robert William. Caring father-in-law, proud Grandad of 13 and Great Grandad of 7. Rob was very much loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends, but never forgotten. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church, English Bicknor on Wednesday 21st June at 12.30pm. Black clothes to be avoided if possible please.
