JoanSIMPSONIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan on Friday, January 3, aged 88 years.
Wife of the late Denis, mother of Susan, Linda, Michelle and Denise, mother-in-law of John, Ken and Glynn, sister to Kathleen, late brother Kenneth and brother-in-law Michael, also grandma, great-grandma and auntie.
Joan loved to go waltzing with her late husband Denis, she enjoyed knitting and watching quizzes but most of all spending time with her family.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 28 at Accrington Crematorium Chapel at 1.40pm followed by interment at Accrington Cemetery.
The family have requested family flowers only, donations are being received to the British Heart Foundation.
