I wish I told you how proud I am of you more often, but as cousins never saw each other enough! Rest assured I always thought about you and always beamed with pride when people talked about you and the amazing job you did in the police force. When you first started to work I loved working with you at Staples.
I could write more and more and the amount of people that have reached out to me to remember you, you are loved by so many. Fly high Rich give your mum a hug from myself and Cooper. Xxxxxx

I still can’t believe you’re gone. It’s hard to find the right words to express the weight of this loss. You were more than just a colleague, you were a friend, a light in so many lives, someone who brought warmth, laughter, and kindness into every room you entered.

I wish you could have seen yourself through our eyes, the way you uplifted others, the way your presence made a difference. I’m so sorry that the pain became too much, and I only wish you had felt how deeply you were loved.

Your absence leaves an ache in our hearts, but your impact will never fade. I’ll carry your memory forward in the way I treat others, in the way I listen, in the way I will make sure no one feels alone.

Rest easy, my friend. You are missed beyond words, and you are loved beyond measure.

I didn’t know you well but I was a pleasure to have worked with you. I can’t believe you are gone.

To find the words to express the loss we all feel I can not find, Rich, you were my best friend, you made a bad day good again, you cared you loved and you made a difference, little did I know that the last conversation would be our last, my heart breaks that we will never have another memory to look back at, but I am thankful and honoured to have shared so many with you. I shall miss you smiles your silent laugh and your sense of humour, and much more.
