Sarah LouiseSIMSSarah peacefully passed away on Monday 18th August, at home, following a short illness.
Sarah was 51.
Beloved Wife to Matthew & adored Mother to Florence.
Sarah will be greatly missed by all her family & friends
Sarah is resting at James Summers Funeral Home, Newport Road, Cardiff, until her funeral at
St Alban On The Moors, Swinton Street, Cardiff CF24 2NT on Thursday 18th September 2025 at
11am, followed at Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium, Thornhill Road, Cardiff CF14 9UA
Family flowers only. Donations in Sarah’s memory to be made to Marie Curie via

Sweet Sarah, I looked up to you so much while at St. Cadoc’s. No nonsense, unbelievably warm and outrageously funny. You were the teacher I hoped to be one day. Adored and respected by staff and pupils. Can’t believe you’re gone. X
