Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, of Awel y Dyffryn, Denbigh, formerly of Llangwyfan and Llandyrnog, and originally from Glasgow, aged 89 years.
Beloved husband of Betty; loving dad to Susan, Andrew and Peter; proud grandfather of Callum, Jake and Rowan; fond great-grandfather and a dear brother who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service at St Asaph Crematorium on Tuesday 21 November at 11am.
Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Alex will be gratefully accepted towards Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice.
