Hazel died peacefully at home on Tuesday 9th January 2024 aged 54 years.
Loving Wife to Sint, special Mam to Chris, Dan and Ash and dear Granny to Finlay and Theo. Adored Daughter to Isabella and the late Danny.
Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Belford on Friday 19th January 2024 at 1pm followed by a private burial.
