Dear Family,

I want to express my sadness for your loss. Death is a terrible thing and when it happens unexpectedly it can be one of the most painful things you can experience in this life. The Bible offers comfort for person who is experiencing this loss. First of all it lets us know that the person is not suffering anywhere at Ecclesiastes 9:5 it says that at death we are no longer aware of anything Jesus compared death to a very deep sleep. He also is the only one who can awaken a person from death as he demonstrated several times in the Gospels accounts in the Bible. These and many more accounts can give us comfort in our time of grieve. I will pray that the God of all comfort will comfort you by means of his Word the Bible. My prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

I was lucky enough to work with Siphiwo on his album Hope. He was possibly the most talented singer I've had the pleasure of producing and his ability was matched only by his humility and humour. I can't believe the world has lost such a huge star in the making and such a wonderful warm human being.
