KenSKIDMOREAnnouncing the passing of Ken Skidmore also known as Ken Kordel, his stage name he was a well know singer
around Bristol and Wales also performing with Jonny Tremaine and Kay Silvers '3 star entertainers'
between the 1960s and 1990s.
Ken was born in knowle, after leaving the Navy he moved to Kingswood with his first wife Pauline
where he brought up his family, he then retired to Christchurch with his loving wife Divinia and after 12 years
moved to Worle until he decided to move back to Bristol, closer to his loving family.
Ken was unfortunately diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer this year, he sadly passed away at
Avon Lodge Care Home in Kingswood on the 10th of August 2026.
He will be greatly missed by All that had the pleasure to meet him.
Funeral to be held at
Westerleigh Crematorium (Waterside Chapel)
Monday 7th of September, 10.30am.
