Funeral will take place at St. Lukes Church, Cannock at 10.00am on Monday 21st April 2008 followed by cremation at Stafford. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Cannock Hospital - Littleton Ward c/o The Co-operative Funeral Service, 49 Park Road, Cannock WS11 1JN.
