JamesSLATERSuddenly on Monday 14th August 2023 whilst at Glan Clwyd Hospital, Rhyl, Jim aged 59 years of Stoke. A much loved dad of Melissa, loved partner of Lisa, loved father-in-law of Nathan and a much loved grandad, step-dad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Jim will be sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday 5th September at 11am.
