Beloved angel of Matthew, Natalie, Meggie and Jesse. Esmé will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful smile, that could melt any heart. Always following her rainbow! Funeral service St Mabyn Parish Church, Friday 29th December at 11.00 am, followed by interment. Please bring a single flower to lay on her coffin.
