SLOANThe Sloan family wish to thank everyone who wrote letters and cards, telephoned and sent flowers after their much loved mother died on December the nineteenth. The family also wish to thank friends for their attendance at the church and Galston Cemetery. Annie was given tremendous support by Doctor Nicoll and the wonderful district nurses and East Ayrshire carers in Galston. Excellent care was also given by the doctors and nursing staff at Station Three in Ayr Hospital and in Ward Four D at Crosshouse Hosp- ital. Special thanks must go to the Rev. Graeme Wilson whose moving eulogy reflected a life well lived and whose visits to Mum were such a comfort to her and the family. George Collins' funeral arrangements were excel-lent and his quiet, efficient manner was much appreciated. Annie lived a long and full life and her passing leaves us all saddened, but she is now with her much loved husband Andrew and we rejoice that they are together at last.
