SLOANThe Sloan family wish to thank everyone whotelephoned, wrote letters and cards and sent flowers after Drew's sudden and unexpected death. The family also wish to thank the many friends for their attendance at the church and Galston Cemetery. The Rev. Graeme Wilson's tribute to Drew's life was appropriate and moving, and the family are indebted to him for all his kindness and support. Galston LWM Bowling Club hosted a meal in Drew's honour and thanks are due to everyone who helped to make and serve the delicious food. Tom McKellar and George Collins helped the family through difficult days and we thank them for their excellent arrangements. Special thanks must go to the McAllister family who gave comfort, support and help. As you were before at my life's beginning, Be so again at my journey's end. As you were beside me at my soul's shaping, Father, be there too at my journey's close.
