JordanneSLOANOn 23rd April 2024 Jordanne aged 31 years of Trentham and formerly Catchems Corner passed away peacefully in the care of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
Precious daughter of Brendan and Julie, much loved sister of Shaun and sister-in-law Emma and a loving granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend to many. Jordanne will be very sadly missed by all of her loving family and friends leaving a huge void in their hearts and lives.
A service to celebrate Jordanne's life will take place at St Teresa's RC Church, Trent Vale on Tuesday 14th May at 10.30am followed by cremation at Carmountside Crematorium.
Jordanne's family have requested colourful clothing to reflect her character and personality.
If anyone would like to make a donation in Jordanne's memory her family have nominated the Brain Tumour Charity.
