KarenSMALLEY- Paul, Daniel and Matthew would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their support, kind messages of condolence and donations to Dementia UK and RNLI, following the sad loss of a devoted Wife, Mum, Nanna, Daughter and Sister. Many thanks to the Nurses and Doctors at Royal Oldham Hospital on the Acute Medical Unit and the High Dependency Ward for their care and support during Karen's last days. Thank you to Danielle Fotheringham for her thoughtful, loving and comforting words in her eulogy of Karen's life, also thank you to Michael and staff at Harold P Heywood Limited for their professionalism during a sad and difficult time.
