Jean MoiraSMALLSHAWAt peace on Wednesday 11th December at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jean aged 92 years and formerly of Chipstead, Surrey. Beloved wife of the late Dr John Smallshaw and dearly loved mum of Carolyn, Sarah and Joanna, mother-in-law of Neil, David and Andrew, dearly loved by her grandchildren Sam, Rowan, Anna, Millie and her great-grandchildren Jessica, Jack, Skylar and Jasper.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 9th January at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be sent to Alzheimer's Research UK.
