JohnSMART(Jack) passed suddenly away on 14th September 2019 aged 68 years. Devoted dad to Alison, Natasha, Laura and Eddie, much loved grandad and loving brother to Peter. Jack will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Bretby Crematorium, Carnarvon Chapel on Thursday 10th October 2019 at 10:30am.
