Patricia Jane (Dr)SMITHTeesdale and Boldon Much loved sister of Vicky, Arthur and their families. Pat died peacefully on Tuesday 28th February aged 67 years. Funeral Monday March 13th. Would friends please meet for a service in Darlington Crematorium at 10:45am, prior to cremation. Family flowers only please, a donation basket will be available at the crematorium in aid of St Teresa's Hospice.
