IanSMITHHazlerigg Ian aged 64 years died peacefully at St Oswald's Hospice with his family by his side on Saturday 9th June 2018. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, much loved dad of Peter and Sarah, adored grandad of Millie, Jessica and Lola, also a dear son and brother. Please meet for service at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 15th June at 2.00pm. No flowers please, donations if desired can be made at the service in aid of St Oswald's Hospice, Gosforth.
