AlanSMITH(Morpeth). Alan's wife, Caroline and family would like to thank all who attended Alan's funeral service at St. Mary's Church in Morpeth, on Friday 26th February and for their kind words and condolences. Thanks also to everyone who made a donation in Alan's memory, this will be forwarded to the Anthony Nolan Trust, who established the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Register in 1974 to connect unrelated donors to people like Alan, the total raised for the trust was £250. Thanks also to the Haematology Team at the Freeman Hospital, Mark Conroy and staff of Jacob Conroy's Funeral Directors and to Harriet Gilfillan for a beautiful funeral service.
