Catherine and the family of the late Alan would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for the lovely mass cards, sympathy cards, letters of condolence and flowers received following their recent bereavement. Thanks also for the many generous donations in lieu of flowers, a total of ?732 has been sent to Myeloma UK in Edinburgh. Special thanks to Mr Holmes and staff at the Oncology Clinic and Day Unit at Wansbeck General Hospital, to Mr Hays and staff of Ward 36 at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and to Dr. David Ridley of Greystoke Surgery for the care given to Alan. Heartfelt thanks to Fr. Lawrence Jones. Fr. Jim Doherty, Thomas Boyle and all who attended Alan's Requiem Mass for their support and prayers.
