MichaelSMITHG.D. Passed away peacefully after a long illness bravely borne on January 2nd 2009, aged 79 years. Darling husband of Sheila, a much loved brother, uncle and a very dear friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all. Funeral to be held on Saturday January 17th. Service and cremation 2.00pm at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) Family flowers only please.
