Dennis HenrySMITHEx RN, Hewson & Turrell, Berl, Deritend, Salient. With deep sadness the family wish to announce the passing of Dennis at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital surrounded by his family. Beloved Wife of Gloria, Dad to Stephen, Mark and Sean. Dearest Grandad and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all. A celebration of life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 30th May at 1pm.
