ConnieSMITHPeacefully on 18th June 2019, in hospital, surrounded by her loving family, aged 85 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Denniss, much loved Mum of Timothy and Mark and the late Andrew, dear Mother in law of Lynne and Diane and loving Grandma and Great Grandma. Memorial Service to take place on Tuesday 2nd July at St Augustine's Church, Kirkby in Cleveland at 1:00pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Connie are to be shared between St Augustine's Church and Macmillan Nurses.
