AdrienneSMITH(Ade) Passed away peacefully after a long illness on 28th June, aged 72 years. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed. Funeral Service and cremation at Wilford Hill Crematorium on Monday 15th July at 10.00am. Floral tributes or donations to Hayward House.
