PatriciaSMITHPat Passed away peacefully at Nightingale Macmillan Unit, Royal Derby Hospital on 23rd August 2019, aged 70 years. Dearly loved wife of Jim, treasured Mum of Jimmy, Sarah, Beckie and Stuart and a much loved nannie Pat. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 10th September at Markeaton Main Chapel at 2.00pm. At Pat's own request please wear something pink or sparkly. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu may be given at the service for the Nightingale Macmillan Unit.
