Shaun PeterSMITHage 63, passed away at home on Thursday 22nd August surrounded by his family. A devoted Dad to Danielle and Jonathan, Grandad to Jasper, beloved Son, Father-in-law, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Cousin and dear friend to many. Shaun held a special place in everyone's hearts. His courage, humour and devotion to faith were an inspiration to all. A Requiem Mass will be held at St Edwards RC Church, Lees on Thursday 19th September at 11.00am, followed by committal at Oldham Crematorium, Hollinwood, at 1-00pm. So, so sorry to hear of Shaun's passing - I have known him through work for over 30 years in all that time, I never heard a bad word said about him - professional, always helpful and really funny and quick-witted; a really nice bloke … very sad xxxx
